Why fire your coach in the middle of the season without a game plan?

Just because you aren’t privy to the game plan doesn’t mean there isn’t one. This isn’t Joe Alleva. Considering the first two hires he’s made as LSU AD he deserves the benefit of the doubt until a selection is made.

You’re such a dumb arse!! that’s why all these coaches get more money than their worth every time the LSU job comes available

LSU is a top 5 job in college football. Sometimes hiring a coach is all about timing. I think Florida is a great job and look at some of the coaches they've hired.

There is only one school in the country who has had more sustained success than LSU has over the last 20 years. And that one has the GOAT coaching for them.

The fact that we have done what we have with 3 different coaches honestly puts us in a higher tier of spots to land.

If you are a coach who wants to win it all, there isnt many places easier to do it at than LSU.

Oh my fricking God you guys are nuts. Do you realize that pulling Riley would’ve been the biggest pull in college football history for a head coach? Jimbo was an anomaly. You guys are crazy.

Don't forget Tom Herman. Maybe LSU isn't a top tier job. The last three top coaches LSU went after said no. Does that happen to top tier jobs?

The holy grail of college football coaching is the chance to win a national championship. You can never be considered a great program without winning championships.

LSU has three national championships in the last twenty years. Putting Bama aside, which programs have won more championships in that time frame? I’ll hang up and listen to your answer.

We think we’re better than what we are. We were chasing top tier names instead of going after realistic options like Kiffin and Napier.

Check on the number of football national championships since 2000 and get back to me.

Come on dude...it's top 5 easy. People on here think they can pick there coach and he will come. Doesn't work that way.

How about checking the dozen or so ESPN, CBS, etc. opinion pieces that state it. There was a segment on Gameday about it either last week or the week before.

Quit it with the morbid reflection bullshite.

Herman was a Texas alum and GA. It was his dream job. Alabama couldn’t pull Riley right now most likely. You guys are crazy.
