No... I worded it the way I wanted. I wasn't a fan when he was mentioned as an outside candidate. Now I am questioning that. Maybe it is a direct result of who we ended up with. Don't know.

Gundy was the top of my "tier 2" coaches: after Chip Kelly, Tom Herman and Jimbo Fisher.

There are a lot of working coaches LSU should have made contact with that Alleva apparently hadn't spoken to, but we all know that Alleva botched the search horrifically.

Maybe LSU will have a competent AD for the next coaching search...

Miles positioned that program for greatness. The only reason OSU hasn't been won more is bc they refuse to utilize the toss dive more often. It should be the bread and butter of any offense.

I'm still pissed Dellenger called our offense under Les archaic. Wtf? Did he not see the creativity of the toss dive? We ran it in three different directions and then ran play actions on 3rd and 15 or longer.

That's genius. Happy New Year!

no worries, they'll just pick apart his record and haircut to death to the point to where Orgeron actually sounds like the better coach.

If we really had a shot at him, we should have pursued it. I dunno, there must be a reason he's still at Okie State, like he's loyal to the school. Seems to me he would have been a home run hire for Tennessee, Florida or Georgia -- all jobs on LSU's level.
