Actually GM Rick Spielman but NFL network just showed video of him and he is a dead ringer for Dafoe.

Didn't see that one coming.
Cousins acquisition torpedoed any Super Bowl chance for Vikings

They will miss Dafoe.
Attractive job IMO. Already have a good qb ready to roll

Cousins is the type of QB that gets you fired though. Good enough to get you to 7-8 wins mostly but not much above that because he’s prone to doing stupid shite

I think with the right coach, and a good defense around him, he can take a team to the super bowl

The Vikings having a pretty below average Defense under Zimmer was absolutely inexcusable. It was a far cry from they had in 2017 when they played for an NfC Championship.

I think he knew he was on the way out after his Kellen Mond quote. That was so cold for a coach to say about someone on his roster

I remember thinking that I couldn’t believe what I heard when they picked Mond. An Aggy friend of mine immediately texted me with the same thought.

Just heard a podcast mention kiffin to Minnesota. No idea how credible that is.

New HC and GM for Vikings will be making a pretty difficult decision immediately.

Trade Kirk and clear $35M in cap space while getting multiple high picks, or commit to him as the long term QB.

Odds Kirk is traded probably up with Spielman out.

Vikings completely underperformed. With Cousins, Jefferson, Thielen, and Cook that offense should be putting up bonkers numbers. Defensively, they have decent pieces as well at all 3 levels. They just completely underperformed against decent teams all year. Some of it is offensive scheme, IMO. Get a better system to match what Cousins and those receivers are capable of, and the Vikes will be fine.

Cousins is good in games that don’t matter. Cousins doesn’t throw to JJ enough either. His deep balls float forever, compare his deep throws with a guy like Burrrow. He is not a high caliber QB
