I don’t give a shite about anything other than his track record of developing a QB. Hadn’t had one of those since Jimbo

According to a lawsuit filed in January 2017, a Baylor graduate alleges she was gang raped by two football players in 2013. In addition, allegedly more than 50 instances of rape, committed by 31 football players, occurred between 2011 and 2014. The lawsuit alleges Kendal Briles, former Baylor assistant coach, encouraged these actions and onced asked a Dallas potential recruit: "Do you like white women? Because we have a lot of them at Baylor and they love football players."[5]
Come on down mr Kendal Briles

This would be huge but we would probably need atleast a year to adjust to such a significant change on offense. There would be bumps, but I’m on board, we need this desperately
Why would it take a year?
In 2016, Florida Atlantic had the 72nd ranked offense in terms of total yards.
In only 1 year, Briles' first, they jumped to 9th.
So why shouldn't we expect to be better in just one year with Briles as OC?

Still not sure why I’m supposed to believe random guy poster.
What’s the sugar bowl committee have to do with LSU OC?

Sorry if this has been discussed but did Briles call the plays this year or was it Kiffin?

I myself would like to know the sugar committee connection too

The emotional rollercoaster of coaching rumors the last 24 hours has me spent. First we find out that there (is/was) possible interest between a7m and Aranda... and now the KB rumors heating back up...
I am finding it hard to be hopeful after watching the Citrus today, but if the younger Briles becomes our OC, I will fap my hoyner to dust.

So you slung spaghetti and your confirmation is the thread hasn’t been deleted because the admins talked to TAF & the sugar bowl committee too? Lol
Yeah, him validating his “super secret inside info” by saying it must be true because it hasn’t been whacked is just dumb. The ATPB thread went on for thousands of pages.

Not a dam thing. I’m just gonna assume that it’s a particular committee member who may be informed due to ties elsewhere. But that’s only cause I want to believe

He knows the staff. It's like pulling teeth getting information out of him. He did tell me that Aranda was coming to LSU before it was official, but everyone knew about that anyway. On that note concerning Aranda, he also told me I shouldn't worry about DA leaving LSU for A&M.

Briles first year as OC in '15 Baylor was # 1 in both total and scoring offense. 48 pplg and over 600 ypg. Nominated for Broyles Award.
In '16 ( when shite hit the fan at Baylor) they were 34th in scoring and 8th in total offense. 34 ppg and just under 500 ypg
Then 9th and 8th in scoring and total at FAU in '17.
He's very good.

I will say this... He also told me Canada was staying a couple of weeks ago, so now I don't know what to believe. That's why today's info struck me as so odd.
Oh well! Hoping for the best.

Laman, so what exactly did you hear? That Briles is headed to LSU or there is mutual interest between LSU and Briles?
