If you can't see the difference between what Les did with talent and what pretty much every other coach could do with the same talent, you need to lay off the grass.

How can you say he is average when he is clearly above average.

UCF was 0-12 last year.

it should not take a massive 2nd half rally to beat UCF at home.

We were tied at half with Southern Mississippi two weeks ago with possibly the most talented team in the country

Can't blame one coach for 3 INTs and give another a pass

It is a tough call for teams like UT & LSU to consider Herman. But the fact that he hasn't put a stop to the rumors means everyone pretty much know he is gone. UH is not exactly stacked with highly recruited players, Herman had them playing at a high level. Now the charisma has been broken, they are back to being a mediocre team. I have Buckeye friends who say the Ohio St. offense has not been the same since Herman left. That kind of sounds like Mark Richt at Fl. State- once he left to go to Georgia, the Fl. St. offense fell off...

And Herman beat that UCF team 59-10. He played 4-3 UCF.

So he can't have a bad 6 game stretch and get the LSU job, when it's almost certain it's because his team has quit on him because he might come to your ungrateful school, but the worst head coach in Ole Miss history who no one else wants can get the LSU job?

You sound like someone who's never played a competitive sport. Do you think seniors give a frick about the Big 12? Do you think a player that accepted a scholarship at Houston is not going to give his all because he's not going to make the playoff?

Some of the idiots are just absolutely out of your fricking mind

LOL his team ended the game graciously at UCF 3 yard line with a little under 2 minutes left. It could've easily been a 14 point win.

Speaking of those losses there are several high profile coaches that LSU would kill for with worse losses on their resume.
