FWIW, Tim Fletcher (KTBS sportscaster) just said on his radio show that his sources (usually Michael Cauble) think there could be a change at OC and we could here something by tomorrow. Says some TAF members have made there frustrations known to the AD and that a change WILL happen.

hope you're right, Lacour. leaders of the TAF are very influential. money talks. i never bought the buy out is too expensive crap. for miles, yes; for crowton, no. don't know his buy out anyway. i just can't see LSU having to eat his entire contractual salary; there has to be some provision lowering that. like if he gets another job, the buyout is reduced by the new job income, etc.

He went 11-2 with his only losses being the Monday night game to Tennessee after Katrina when the fricking Pmac was a morgue and the SECCG. We lost the SECCG because we were just emotionally and physically drained by that time.

This is true...because all the games were pushed back because of the Hurricane, there was no bye week that year. Even I as a fan that goes to all the games was tired...

i just wonder who we go after now

i can't see gonzalez getting the OC spot for a few reasons, namely talent to run that scheme

Would you say Mullen had the adaquent talent for his scheme this year? I think he did a good job with what he had.
