He’s losing a coach to BK and is not happy.

It's probably because LA has a ton of talent and he likes to win.

Nick goes after Louisiana hard every year, as do other coaches. We are stacked with talent. In a year with a coaching change, he held the best cards with NIL money and stability. It'll come back around hopefully.

With the transfer portal you do not take players at a position that is set. 3-4 Louisiana kids will be in the portal next season.

No he knows damn well we’re similar to Georgia & Ohio St where there is zero real in-state competition for recruiting.

If the LA Wall ever gets built its sayonara on his dynasty

But why would golding recruit these cats to Bama then have to turn around and play them next year? Just feels like something that would leak for recruiting purposes if nothing else

Bama will not keep all these guys. These kids are being promised the moon and are vain enough to think that everyone else will sit on the bench. It’s not complicated, Bama is flooding the zone and will keep the top performers that emerge. Kind of an athlete’s Darwinism. Do we want these turd herders when they transfer? Very selectively.

I hope their new recruits are pissed when they find out he’s gone.

This post is pretty disrespectful to Louisiana athletes. He went after Louisiana players because Louisiana puts the most players in the nfl per capita. He knows that if they are on his team they can’t butcher him like guys like chase and Jefferson did

He does the same thing Bear Bryant did, he takes kids just to keep them off of other teams rosters, he does not care if any of them beat out the guys he has as long as he kept the good guys from getting them.

Don’t even care. That’s those kids choices they’ve made and then try to claim early playing time and depth chart.

At this point, I have no empathy for any kid that goes to Alabama and cries about playing time or opportunities. When you choose to go to a place with stacked rosters and taking the easy path to success, that’s on them. Don’t even care anymore.

These are the same kids that play video games on the elementary kid setting and come back to brag they’ve accomplished something.

Could it be because the a big portion of Saban's championships come from Louisiana talent?

You’ve called some shots before. Is this a gut feeling or do you have some solid info here? I know his name keeps coming up.

Slow down. Let’s get back to a CFP before we start talking dynasty. Expectations like these are why fans want coaches fired before they can coach for a full year. This society that demands instant gratification is the reason college football has become what it is with NIL and the portal.

There is no way Golding is coming here

Unless they promised him some stupid money and a HCIW deal in 7-8 years
