The secrecy is amazing

It's amazing such a public job at a public institution is shrouded in so much secrecy. Other public officials spill stuff all the time of how projects are going, progress to different things etc. Not to mention all of the boosters? If I'm pumping millions into this program, I want to know something. There hasn't even been a single confirmation of a phone call being made.
