The Combo Of Canada and Aranda Leaving

Would be a death blow to O.
This according to a friend of mine who is a college football assistant. He said he was discussing the situation with two other coaches, Will Hall and Neal Brown.
Aside from the unsettling prospect of O and Alleva making the next DC hire, just the time and energy it would take to fill those positions would suck. Moreover, you are in a complete disadvantage with remaining elite recruits who are getting the full court press from other top programs and will face a whole new unknown from LSU.
This is a pivotal moment for LSU.

I think most of us knew that hiring O would set back LSU football for a while. Guess we're about to find out how long.

Any chance he could be fired with cause in this situation? Obvious reach, but perhaps a claim of a hostile work environment.
