Well you’ll get your 4th loss before the season is over…

So Bama is mathematically guaranteed to have fewer losses than LSU this year and that equates to a bragging point?

You’ve got two brain cells and they’re competing for third place.

TAMU signed another coach to a mega extension before he actually won anything at their school. And he subsequently went out and almost lost it SCar and can’t beat Big Brother.

Supposedly he had an affair with the wife or daughter of a prominent board member or booster, I can't remember which.

LSU was arse this year, I’ll openly admit it. I have yet to see Bama fans come to the conclusion that they’ll be worse off after the Saban era.

Just rumors as to why, but I do know that 2 prominent boosters have threatened to withdraw all financial support if Kiffin were to ever become head coach at Bama.

He's right unless you play in a creampuff conference like Ohio State. No team in the country can have 3 deep rosters anymore so in the SEC that's a bloodbath when it comes to injuries. It has made the competitiveness more than it has ever been due to the playing field being more leveled now. Everyone is spending, nobody is holding depth due to NIL, SEC is ultra competitive, injuries mount. The SEC is at a disadvantage come playoff time which is why they rightfully are getting favoritism right now as they should. It's the most competitive conference.

He's correct those undefeated seasons are a thing of the past. Unless you're Ohio State or Indiana in the Big Ten where it's nowhere near as competitive. ND didn't deserve to get in either. They should be punished for playing a crap schedule and losing to the only teams who had a pulse on their schedule.

He burned bridges with major boosters there. So are you familiar with how he left Bama on their NC run? He was checked out and dating a prominent boosters daughter. He apparently didn't tell her anything and just bolted. You can imagine how pissed off daddy was when he caught wind of this. That's just one of several reason he'll probably never coach at Bama. The FO wasn't exactly happy with how he dealt with it either but apparently Saban forgives him.

It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to know that Michigan doesn't have anything to offer Deboer that Alabama doesn't. It isn't a lateral move, it's a backwards lateral move. There are about 10 coaches that can just wave off that job as not being as good as the one they have. Deboer is at the top of that list. Win 9 games, get in the playoff every year because of the script A on his hat.

No other team has that advantage.

The only reason this is even in question is because Deboer isn't solid at Alabama from Alabama's standpoint.

That's why it can't be ignored.

Deboer is one season like this one away (assuming they go quietly in the playoffs) from probably being fired.

Yeah, Jimmy Sexton is getting everybody raises. Hell Lane hasn't even coached a practice yet and Sexton probably squeezed another million out of LSU for him.
