It's not like he has never hired a football coach before. IMO, an AD should always have a short list of candidate at least in their head because you never know when you will be searching for a coach. Yep that's right, a football school hired a basketball guy to run the athletic department. Meanwhile they passed on Oliver Luck a football guy because Luck wanted to give Mack one more year. shite on the forty acres has been weird lately since ATM started having more success then them.
