Let's see... maybe the continuity of learning how to blend individual skills into a unit with the advantage of experienced---and a couple elite---players to work off? And maybe the fact that he already coached the whole secondary for what, 5 seasons? See my prior response. Coaching individual talent (see NFL players) to blend into a unit is no mean feat.
