He’s from the Congo but went to high school and played football in New Jersey. His dad was the UN ambassador for Congo.

I like Arnett but this dude could be a superstar hire. Kind of like recruiting/projecting players, no?
I'd like to see the whole DBackfield in CRay's room for continuity. 3 new safeties will see the field---let em' learn as a unit with the CB's from day one.

Based on the 2 elite CB's, 5 CB/Slots total with experience that can (or should be) counted on for executing the scheme correctly. The only way the new blood learns it's roles/assignments is the way they are supposed to. All execution is simplified if the holdovers perform as required.
Oh, and based on the 2 LSU DB's who are 2nd team All Pro this year coached by CRay.

A quick glance showed 10 DB's Coached by CRay currently on NFL Rosters & IR. Peterson, Claiborne, and Honey Badger don't count. DBU, baby!

None of that has a thing to do with coaching assignments.
DBs account for nearly half the players on defense on many plays.
Corey also has Recruiting Coordinator duties that take up a lot of time.
Safeties Coach is a thing most top programs have now, including every team in the playoffs.
Don’t get sucked into Rant talking points that have no basis in real life.
