Honestly, I think it’s time to get away from the BR Politics that have put us in this spot. But I will say, a big time legit coach is going to cut their access off.
This is why I think, some of these people will fit their bill.

This is so stupid. Shepard has been an assistant for four years and the DC for not even a complete season (9 games). He has told everyone he has no experience in college football.

Dan Campbell himself said he believes he’ll be a head in the future. Look at his coaching staff. Ben Johnson for the bears, Aaron Glenn for the jets. Guys under him have become head coaches so getting a co-sign from Campbell gotta mean something

Until KS shows he can be a dominating DC for more than a dozen games, he has no pedigree or resume to fall back on.
The fact that his current head coach says he will one day be a head coach is not a reason to make KS a HC.
The fact that his current HC has other people from his coaching tree that have become head coaches is not a reason to make KS a HC.
