Alabama, Ohio State and Michigan went out and hired the biggest names in the business. LSU hired a glorified DL coach with a losing record.
If I'm an LSU booster, I start looking at every aspect of the LSU job that prevented big coaches from taking this job: from the athletic department to the school systems in and around Baton Rouge -- I mean everything.
