You know, after Dooley got fired at Tenn people just gave up on his 3-3-7 but I do like the flexibility it gives you.

He's not going to run a 2-gap system. he's coached under more guys who run a 1 gap than a 2-gap
I would expect some variation of a 4-3 under with a 1 gap scheme but we will be in nickel/dime most of the time and I'd expect BJ Oujulari to be both standing up and with his hand on the ground depending on situation

Exactly. Derek has his boys coming out of the woodwork to make this into a "homerun" hire for Ed. The truth is no one knows anything about him. They don't know his scheme or philosophy. He might be great, but to flaunt him around the forum like he is a "can't miss" hire is beyond idiotic.
The propaganda machines are printing out massive fake ballots on the forum.
