Look I am not against Napier but the whole reason I typed what I did is because the OPs point is completely ridiculous and without context. Being ranked above those teams in the sun belt is not the same thing as being ranked above those teams at a P5 school.
Napier may do well here but there's plenty of examples of these types of coaches flaming out at the next level. ULLs current ranking means very little if anything in terms of how much success he will have here

8-point win over Georgia Southern (3-8)
4-point win over Georgia State (6-5)
3-point win over Nicholls State (6-5, FCS)
2-point win over South Alabama (5-6)
1-point win over Arkansas State (2-9)
Loss to Texas (The only P5 team they played)
