I feel like Joe Brady gets way too much credit. And I loved him at LSU. I liked his confidence.
However, Dave not known as a huge recruiter would then have an OC who has stated he hates recruiting. And he needs to sell/recruit offense even harder given he is a defensive coach. Heh. And then people say he would retain Daronte Jones.
So your top 3 coaches would not be known for their recruiting. I understand position coaches do recruiting, but you should have either your HC or coordinators doing some serious recruiting here.
FWIW, I am not anti-Dave. He is my favorite coach ever. I actually believe winning alone can do a lot of recruiting for you. I am just not sure that he would even want Joe Brady as his OC. I don't like to tell anyone what they should do, but I have given up the idea of Brady coming back to the college level.

I think Aranda would hopefully bring his current OC Grimes or, even better, go get Tom Herman who is an analyst with the Bears.
For some reason, my recollection of CharlesLSU is that he's tied into the BOS in some way. But, could be wrong.

We could hire more recruiters and the success of the program with Aranda/Brady running the ship would nearly recruit itself.
