Do you have any idea how many guys with those credentials come out every year? 5? 10? Over a 4 year span that’s 20-30 players. How many of them come close to Joe Burrow?
Most of them, at best, become Marcus Russel. A fantastic college quarterback who gets drafted in the first couple of rounds. None of them approach Joe Burrow‘s level.

Because Joe Burrow had the greatest season ever in the history of college football. That type of play doesn’t come often because it takes more than just that player to make it happen. It’s why Burrow broke records that were decades old.
