All I’m saying is, I posted about his def. coordinator previously

Iowa State defeated Oregon 34-17 in the Fiesta Bowl last year. It was Iowa State's first-ever win in a major bowl game.

I’ve told you fools he’s on the list.

Campbell would be a home run along with the crowd favorites. Melting over offering him is a complete indictment on your football IQ. Thanks for signaling your idiocy for all to see

Campbell losing to Tech this past weekend is a pretty big WTF
Texas Tech kicker with 62 yard walk off field goal. That really was a good game and it was at TT. I wouldn’t blame the loss on MC coaching.

No way it will be Matt Campbell. You people crack me up

Jimbo already has it
Riley about to get it
The neither is worth it
2 current coaches worth it and it would be a shock if either would come here
Why leave bama or uga

My cousin is named Vince Graves, but he and I have lost touch for the last 10 years or so. Anyway, he is long-time, dear friends with a booster named Billy that lives out there at that Country Club Highland at I-10. It wouldn't surprise me if he's a poster/member at 247.
But I'm not comfortable with Campbell as head coach, so I hope VinceG whomever the guy actually is I hope he was fed a smokescreen or is just wrong altogether. No way I'd want Campbell trying to create the Saban-type dynasty we're looking for - too big a task for Campbell.

Not a bad hire at all. Would be interested to see what he could do here

He’s not top on my list either, but there could be worse hires. I live in Ankeny, IA, just south of Ames. There will be a lot of ISU fans disappointed if he leaves.

You wanting this guy should make your opinion irrelevant!! Again, what makes this guy so appealing?

Do some research.
Iowa states last 4 coaches avg winning percentage was about 30%, Campbell is 60%. As stated, he went 9-3 last year, won his division (first time in my lifetime) and won the Fiesta Bowl....at IOWA STATE. an annual bottom dweller.
That's a feat and an monumental turnaround for that program.
Read a book sometime and don't get all pissy just because other folks follow College ball more than you.

They should have won that relatively easily. Breece Hall, Purdy, the WR, Kolar, the two DEs, the penn state transfer safety …
Much more talented team than Tech.
That’s a big disappointing loss for Campbell
It is but pretty much every coach has them. Isn't tech like 6-3, or 6-4?
I just don't see campbell taking the lsu job. Not everyone wants to move down south.

Unless you name the poster and give something else to go with it, this is just another bullshite line.

If you don't know a coach on this board, try googling.
Posted on 11/15/21 at 8:03 pm to SportTiger1
So he hasn’t maintained and is the flavor of the day…6-4 this year. Still not gonna be in playoffs and probably not playing for conference championship. He is no different than Herman or Frost. Prove me wrong!
