He took over a rock solid program though. Big difference in taking over for a fired coach vs one that leaves a program in good standing

I love aranda but he hired munoz as his oc.

Without mateos and grimes is baylor 7-1?

If he has a great oc then I'm all for aranda.

Tucker is 8-0 and actually inherited a bad program.

Aranda has the most potential as HC than the other names being discussed in my opinion.

His football IQ, abilities to make adjustments and teach his players, I just don’t see him failing - he’s too smart. I think he could be a very special coach.

Sorry, he hired fedora and munoz as wide receiver coach.

Fedora is just as bad.

My point is aranda has to hit on his oc hire.
I love aranda but that would be my only concern with him.

No one is.

If i had my pick I'd rather an offensive head coach.

That's my only knock on aranda.

Do you not think hiring fedora was a shitty hire?

Luckily he knew grimes. Lucky grimes brought mateos.

Kinda sounds like the story of dabo and his first offensive coordinator billy napier

Of course he does. Munoz would have been a trash hire at OC. Fedora at least has some success

Yeah well your point was wrong because you had no idea what you were talking about.

It's a little different what you can afford with Baylor money and what you can afford with LSU money. Hell he's making $2.5 million at Baylor. We'd pay that for a good coordinator. And it seems like he fixed that problem in a hurry.

Ok.....and if we hired a coach that was lights out on the offensive side of the ball then he'd have to hire a good DC. What's your point? All coaches are going to have one sided expertise for the most part.
