Since there is no inclination on who the next DC will be with everything quiet on that front (WHICH IS A GOOD THING BTW) how would you rank these possible options which have been discussed here on TD

This factors in how attainable some of the candidates are, as well. For example, I really like Leonard, but I don’t know if we have any shot there. I actually like Odom less as a coach, but I think we have a slightly better shot with him, but not as much as the 3 guys I have above him. I’m not sure we have a realistic chance with Nielsen, either, but he would be a good hire.
I like Reaves’ results, but am nervous of the level he coaches at and how well he would translate up. I’m not sure Steele would be a good fit here. I really don’t want Kris Richard.
I have Arnett slightly higher than Lukabu because he’s done it in the SEC, but I would be thrilled with either. I also think highly of Ash. We just don’t have confirmation that he’s actually not going to be retained by Texas yet, which complicates things.

Leonard is top for me, but I don't think he's leaving
Odom would be 2nd just cause his age, and hes pretty good defensive minded, may be around for a few years due to age
Arnett would be 3rd, are even 2nd, toss up
Reeves would be my 4th
