No
Much stronger institution, much stronger conference, many more resources.
Now his method (loading up with transfers) won't work at Tulane and he may prefer staying at USM for his launching pad...but he'll probably have to move by next year if he moves.
But P5 really sniffed at the C-USA or sunbelt coaches this year, and there were some successful ones.

1. I watched the press conference and did some research on the new Tulane AD the other day, and I think they made a great hire.
2. I think they should get Danny Rocco from Richmond or Scott Saterfield from App State.
