- Second best win percentage in CFB behind Saban
- 45-6 in his last 4 seasons
- #4 recruiting class this year and #2 recruiting class next year while recruiting guys that have to make grades to get in.
The people who don’t want him because he’s never coached in the south are the same people who wanted O because he was from here.
This was a Phenomenal hire and an incredible pull from ND.

He'll do well here. I'm still melting a bit but at the end of the day I hope any coach that gets hired can string together big wins. Biggest question marks is if he can recruit the territory. He's an old-school guy so he prioritizes recruiting the trenches; still boggles my mind that O (being a DLine coach) didn't recruit better linemen on both sides of the ball.

More than that I will tell you Im glad it isnt Napier, Aranda, Jimbo, Tucker or even Riley who I said was gonna get the job.

Because there is absolutely no fricking evidence that he is coming here. He is a northeastern midwestern guy and he’s not fricking moving to Louisiana.

Doesn’t matter because O’s age was last on the list of why he was unqualified to be a head coach
