Things have from very very bad to worse for Jimbo. So he finally gets pressured to hire a real OC, and now he can't find anybody that wants the job

Less stress, in Vegas and has full control of the offense. I have a feeling the reason he told A&M to pound sand was because Jimbo didn’t want to relinquish full control of the offense. Also it’s hard having two alpha dogs trying to control one side of the ball when both of them think their way is the best
