FWIW, SE was quoted in today's Advocate as saying the reason he did not the OC position last year was that it would not have been his offense. He said that he is excited & cann't wait to implement his own offense.

I tweeted hanagriff and asked him why the BR media never questions him or Alleva’s repeatedly dumb decisions during press conferences. He called me an idiot and said that they do.

I find it preposterous that people think a guy that hasn't done the job on a regular basis in 20 years is going to be good at it, particularly when he wasn't that good at it to begin with.
All anyone defending can say is "you don't know what's going to happen." Actually we do know. Years of evidence would suggest that Ensminger isn't going to be above average, much less in the class of "the best" as Orgeron promised.
