I don't know how much more I can take of sub par qb play! I'm to the point to where we need someone in here who absolutely specializes in qb development and offensive scheming. If you hire O, y'all better hope he gets somebody impressive in here to take responsibility of those responsibilities, if not, the wheels will come off the O bus in a hurry.

Developing a qb isn't as hard as Miles made it seem. Not screwing up the qb's head is the biggest key.

The main hang up with hiring O is that you're getting a head motivator. We will depend on our coordinators every season to not get out coached since our HC will basically be a cheerleader. Plus we'd have to count on hiring home runs on both sides of the ball every 2-3 years.

If Coach O hires a great OC and keeps Aranda for a few years, what else can he do?
The recruiting is great. What has been lacking and is the reason Miles got fired is the lack of offensive production and QB development. Fix that and things will roll.
I like the way the team is playing. You really can't ask for more than that.

I imagine that CEO is calling around to find high profile OC's. He has contacts in a lot of places. When it comes time for him to sit down with Aleva, he will have the guy pretty much ready to go.
