No matter the method. When we fired Les, the public found out about his bachelor pad apartment near campus.

When we fired Kelly, we started hearing how he was absent most of the year, spent a lot of time playing golf, etc.

We all do the shite.

They should be concentrating on winning a championship. This shows they don’t believe they can without him.

We all do it. My frustration with Kelly was with stories of his laziness compared to other coaches(Les Miles, Ed Orgeron) who worked extremely hard. Coaches are known to have good work ethic and put in long hours. Kelly was probably in the bottom quarter of Power 5 coaches as far as work ethic. Say what you want about Les and O they worked very hard.

18 - 21 year old "kids" that probably just finished a delta 9 seltzer or stronger posting something on social media is worthy of discussion? Nah

I like how all these kids get paid to play football and somehow think we care what they think/feel. Do your job, you little bitch. You're a pro now.

Saying that they didn’t want him to stay like he claimed in his exit letter.

When a top recruit signs with another team, folks always post about how they never wanted him.

It’s one of the petty aspects of human nature.

Who cares? That should be expected.

But, a few of those guys will probably have someone smart enough to tell them “hey, you were an unknown until you transferred to OM under Lane and got in his system. That system will be gone next year. It would be wise to follow Lane and continue to shine vs rolling the dice that the next coach can use you the same way.”

Do you remember that time you broke up with your G/F after 5 years, how did she act?
