This search is remarkably under wraps. You’d think they would make a decision this weekend and offer/announce the hire next week, yes?

I am a Baton Rouge lawyer; therefore I am super connected and all of my super connected friends/sources are telling me a decision will be made by March 1. You can ban me for life if a formal announcement doesn’t come by then.

The offense is in place now. Brady was instrumental in making that happen. With that said if we bring in someone even sniffing Brady's level it will be worth the money. E will need someone with him to keep this train rolling and the PGC hire will dictate a lot of success we have with our offense next year. So I would say it's a pretty big hire.

Announcing a hire this late means they will have a PGC who will work under Ensminger's offense (which is also Brady's). They're not bringing in anyone to change anything. Which, frankly, is a good thing.

This is a flat out lie! It is a well known fact that lawyers have no friends... there are only two kinds of people in the a lawyers world - Clients and Targets.

the incredible lack of urgency to get this hire done makes me think its already been wrapped up weeks ago and the new hires just have other obligations/family shite to wrap up before the official announcements are made
