Arthur Blank is undefeated when it comes to dysfunction. Could easily see Smith getting one more year and trading a bunch of draft capital for Fields to try and make it work only to go 6-10

I think the only "surprise" might be Belichick...which probably wouldn't be all that surprising.
Washington probably fires Rivera. All of the other teams likely to fire their HC have already done so (Chargers, Colts, Panthers, Raiders).
The only other real candidates are Allen (NO) and Smith (Atl). I think both owners/GMs give them each one more season with significant changes. The Saints get a new OC. Atlanta gets a new FA QB
