LSU just went to the national championship in baseball. ULL isn’t close.

This thread went straight to shite. Who didn't see that coming?
You should have included a trigger warning in your OP.

If you truly believe that, I feel bad for you.

I hope you realize coaches salaries come primarily from donations. UL is the only State school, other than LSU, that can pull these salaries off.

Know how we know you’re a lying fool.............
Just like those village idiots on that raginpagin (should be called rabid pagin) site believing the Big12 conference is in y’all’s future.
Get a grip on reality and know your place. Come on, dude.

Why is the Big 12 a Goal USL (I attended ULL and my parents graduated from there when it was USL. I wish it was still USL personally...) can’t achieve?
If their new coaching staff is more successful than Hud in his early years it should be a goal of theirs.
If they fail, that’s on the admin and coaching staff, not the fan base.

So only wins get vacated? Doesn't the whole game get vacated?
Nope
You don’t vacate losses
Who cares about that, though. Cajun fans aren’t just going to magically forget what HUD did those few years because the NCAA doesn’t recognize it

No. And you know they won’t have to.

Posters like to rag on us for NOLA Bowl wins, but the first NOLA Bowl win is hands down my favorite sports memory/experience. Thanks Hud.

Troy won 11 games and beat LSU.
That's the kind of season you're looking for, I would think.
They just won the NOLA bowl.
You have enjoy to enjoy bowls.

ULL uses more taxpayer funding for its athletic department than any other state university....by far.

Maybe he can actually break the Lafayette Curse!!!!
No Cajun coach has ever left UL-Lafayette and taken a head coaching job at any level of football. ??

Those funds are from auxiliary fees which are self generated. They are not from tax payers you dipshit.
In fact the state legislators tried to implement a mandatory scheduling agreement to all state schools who use tax payer money through the state allowed 3% general fun transfer rule. This was meant to ease some of the burden on travel cost for schools who use tax payer money for athletics. Turn out LSU and UL are the only two in the state that use $0 dollars of tax payer money for athletics.
So you can go try to push that agenda on another board. Also LaTurd uses the full allotment of the 3% general fund transfer. The only UL System school who does use the full amount.

LaTurd? How long did it take you Cajuns to come up with that gem?! Lol!
Perhaps...“Daddy” is more appropriate since LaTech football has dominated that Cajun arse since Clinton was getting Lewinsky’s.

They come from the general fund; some tuition, some state appropriation (i.e. taxpayers).
Yes, the cajuns don't use the maximum % they could, but they still more in raw $ because they have more students (and more tuition $ and appropriation $).
Tim Ryan moved UNO to division 2/3 because he stopped the transfers (Katrina walloped UNO); and the student fee didn't pass. His successor reversed that.
