*do the research, he was never implicated in the Baylor scandal, would be his 4th stop post Baylor
*he makes $700k, we could double that and still save $ from this year by not having a high paid oc and pgc
*he’s been involved with great offensive programs and has been an OC and pgc and Rb coach; Baylor during Briles, UCF under Heupel, ole miss under kiffin
*he would be a slam dunk and would be my first call and choice, screw kiffin, he screwed us once by promising to come then not

Make Calloway pgc in title and groom him to be lebby’s replacement. Need to have plan bc lebby would be successful and looking for bigger things

Has he called plays at any of those stops?

I guess this was a lie?

I watched several ole miss games and they showed him in the booth calling plays.

The title doesn’t match the quotes. I’ve seen Kiffin calling plays as well.

Are you comfortable with a 60/40 run/pass

Yep, running helps the pass game and keeps defense fresh

This is my concern. Everywhere he has worked has been under someone else who calls plays.

Just because you are in the booth doesn’t mean you call plays LOL! There are several play callers on the field! He would be up there telling Lane what the defense is doing from a different view!
I mean it’s pretty standard how this works one of 2 ways
Coordinator in the box relays to an signal caller
Or offensive coach in the box relays other things.
Just because he was named OC doesn’t mean he called the plays for Lane Kiffin. He may make suggestions on what he sees up high but lane called the plays

I don’t disagree, so as long as about 25% of those runs are from the QB

If we are 1st in the league in rushing YPG and 3rd in passing like Ole Miss was, YES
