The fact is Scott has a done deal. Basically nobody knows with who.
My sleuthing tells me it's Riley it's the only way all the puzzle pieces fit together.
But it's also like having a contract on a home you plan to buy you still have to make it to the closing table which is a really solid analogy that I'm stealing from Matt moscana who generally doesn't know anything.

LF has not been named by anybody with any sauce the guy appears to be under house arrest when it comes to leaving the Midwest.
We have the most well-connected proven Insiders on multiple message boards independently say Riley is Woodward's guy so yes Riley is the only one who fits the puzzle.

Does your sleuthing factor in the FACT of the confirmation that Tucker has a contract extension in front of him that makes him the 2nd or 3rd highest paid CFB coach at what he termed a destination job and STILL hasn’t acted upon it?? Waiting to see how things all shake out?? Wanting more concessions? Just seems to a big piece that is being overlooked in all this.
