Please let this be true but I don't see anything in the link that says Miles to Michigan.

Good to see Michigan fans are as ignorant as some Tiger fans

Coach Miles will be at LSU until he retires OR is fired.

No other school will hire him away from LSU.

Please. Is this not obvious to everyone?

Nope. Very easy to see UM coming to call at some point.

I never said it was true. Since earlier posters thought he was just flaming because he didn't provide a link I wanted to post the link to where the original poster probably got his information. Turns out now this was all a joke started by another Michigan blog to get people going. With the way things are in AA right now though I can see why it spread. New AD, the local media hates him. It's no secret that RR isn't too thrilled with how he is being treated up in Michigan.

As far as the Les to Michigan connection, I would assume thats just an obvious conclusion that a Michigan fan would make since he was in the running in 2007.

You know what? As far fetched as it seems, I never would have guessed Kiffen to USC. This rumor could end up being legit, .

To all who think that any school will hire Coach Miles away from LSU, I say:

Will never happen.

If RR did go to UT and somehow Miles left for Michigan, we should offer Muschamp big $$$ to leave Texas for a HC job. Mac isn't going anywhere for several years.

Doesn't the Dominos boy hate Les though? Les probably slept with his wife too allegedly.

How is this even possible? He has a extra buyout clause from Michigan specifically...I doubt their AD will try to buy him out. Unless, LSU decides to part ways mutually and allow him to leave without a buyout...

hadn't heard that about Brandon and Les, but who knows. If things go to crap next year and we look elsewhere I truly see it coming down to Miles and Harbaugh. I'm not so sure they'd risk going outside of the UofM family again for awhile.

The thing about this rumor- though the people that started it did it just to be funny, you really truly never know, especially in this situation. If tomorrow you told me that it's confirmed that RR was going to be the new Tenn coach it really wouldn't surprise me. He doesn't have a lot of support up here (especially from boosters that actually matter) and would probably jump at a chance to leave.

I seriously think that Miles could do well in the Big-10. LSU fans are pissed about 9-4, and they have a right to be.

But, UM would probably take 9-4 right now over what they have been getting.

RR leaving UM now is a win-win for him and UM. Would allow him to save face from being fired and UM would rid themselves of a coach that has burned about every bridge he had there.

There were times at the end of Lloyds tenure that fans were bitching about 9-4. It happens anywhere.
