Surprised it took this long. Maybe they were the extra team that contacted Harbaugh's agent yesterday?

But, if there's anything I know about Ross and the Dolphins is, they'll frick this up.

He'll have a new HC job shortly. Most of his problems are Tua related. That offense requires a QB to have all of his braincells and Tua just had another concussion getting out of the shower.

I don’t see him landing a head coach job in the NFL or even college any time soon

Makes sense. They are an organization that really needs someone who knows how a professional organization is supposed to work. Not an adult daycare like McDaniel was running. Harbaugh is exactly what they need, regardless of if he delivers wins.

I felt the same about Kelly when he came to LSU because how big the mess was.

He needs to go back to being a coordinator for a couple years and grow up a little. He'll have another shot soon, but he needs to learn how to run a tighter organization.

Just look at that dude.

Absolutely zero way he can command the respect of a locker room.

Should have known better than to hire that soyboy

Mike needs to come home to Washington. Would be a home run hire. Would take him over any current OC in the league.

I said it in another thread the other day. There is no way Stephen Ross would let Harbaugh slip through without offering him the moon.
