2018 intern at Notre Dame for the spring
2021 assistant at USC
30yrs old
Sorry but that deserves to be questioned if he is indeed tabbed to run a full-on S&C program at a place like LSU

What happened to Flint? Not sure about this hire if he's the guy. I'm guessing their info is wrong? Flint is the guy then you have this guy as an assistant maybe? Don't know. Not high on this hire but Flint would be a homerun. If this guy is just an assistant that's fine.

The more I look at it the more I think no way this is the hire
Might be on staff but not the head coach
He was playing & attempting to play in the nfl up until 2018. He just doesn’t have the experience to fit that role.

he could also have a different set up then what we're accustomed to, let's just let it play out for a minute and judge it when all the pieces are in place.

I love how you leave out his multiple years as an NFL player where he was in an elite S&C program year round, along with his experience running an elite facility.
I get that you’re an expert on absolutely everything, but college sports programs, even the best ones, aren’t pioneering cutting edge S&C coaching methods. That would be private coaches, and that’s why Gayle Hatch had a protege running every good program in the country at one point. No one gives a shite about college resume in S&C
