Or that SOCAL is pretty awesome as long as you are loaded.

Riley is a crybaby little count with no balls. Aranda owns his arse, and he wants nothing to do with the SEC.
You all were told this but you wouldn't listen

I agree. One way or the other seems like he wanted out of having to coach in the SEC. 63-29 broke him.

If he goes to USC it will make that 2024 game in Vegas much more interesting.

It does appear he chose the path of least resistance.

LOL. Dude can be a millionaire living in So Cal owning recruiting playing a trash Confrence or live in stinky Baton Rogue with a delusional fan base

He chose Cali over Louisiana. Louisiana is a shite state and is getting progressively worse.

It actually is a strategic good move. As the talking heads on ESPNU said on Sirius Radio this week, ultimately, the PAC12 is USC and everyone else. USC is the brand. Riley there in 2 years will have a roster of 4 and 5 stars that are now going all over the country. Just look in the SEC, the top 2 QB's are from So California.
USC is a brand name, blue blood program, the 2nd largest media market in the USA. A coach like Riley at USC can quickly get them back to what they were under Pete.
OU in the SEC is not going to get to the CFP as frequently as they did in the Big 12. Riley at USC, he sees that he can do so and have access to more talent within the LA Metro Area rather than going into Texas and battling not only in-state UT and Aggie, but LSU, Bama, and every other SEC team.
If he takes the USC job, even though it puts LSU's search back a bit, I totally get it when I take the P&G glasses off.

Coming to LSU would've been less resistance than staying in OU though. In fact that's what you guys pitched him on, since OU's coming to the SEC might as well make it easier on yourself and come to LSU.

If the money is the same then USC is the better gig. Hell he can even ask for a little bit more since Los Angelos is more expensive and still have a good job.

He didn’t pick us, he sucks now

And your point is? He will not be living on campus in that part of LA. Lets assume he gets 8 to 9 million a year, I think he can find a place to live that he feels is good for his wife and kids.
If he chose USC over OU, and LSU as well, that is it. Its his life, not mine, not yours.
