Texans shouldn’t have gotten rid of Culley, it’s been unfair to both him and Lovie. Not even saying either are great HCs, but to fire them after these situations is beyond stupid IMO.

McNair needs to sell the team. Letting BoB get general manager did incredible damage to a franchise on the rise when he was just HC (Watson, Hopkins, a great defense) and they pissed it all away.

They hired them to fire them. They hired Culley to fire him, they wanted to hired unqualified McCown but everybody was up in arms, so they hired another black coach to take the losses that any coach would've gotten with that shitty roster.

Move the team to St. Louis and all will be good!

He cost them the #1 pick. That’s fireable in my book.

If Im Sean Payton I take Houston over Denver. Not tied to an old QB for the next 5 years, you have a top 2 pick, easier division, and you and your family live in DFW so you're close to your kids.

Not to mention they are rock bottom so the only way to go is up.

Except they don't his daughter is out in LA working in media and his son is trying to get on with a NFL Team in personnel. He recently did an internship with the saints.

On Fox yesterday Payton said he wanted a place with a functional front office and good ownership, the Texans are neither

You blow the #1 pick you should get canned. Texans frick up everything they do. Who would want to coach there?

Not a great look when you’re being sued for not giving black candidates a real opportunity.
