Would indeed be a yikes hire but he is a LB coach with ties to O.

He is a weird, quiet guy with a mixed record who has spent the last 16 years on the west coast.

Luke Fickell at Cinncy was a great LB coach. Never given a chance at OSU to be DC. He would be great.

Pelini must have been a smoke screen. No other candidates have been leaked. The best part of the alleva athletic department was all the crazy rumors people would let out.

That was also the worst part, though that probably saved us from Jimbo as our head coach and ultimately got us O.

I think the DC could be someone with a DL background and Meatball could slide over to coaching LBs like he did his first year
