If EO wins the bowl game he will be 6-2.. LSU is already getting better. As a D -line coach and a TE coach running the offense.

Les also got destroyed by Arkansas and Ole Miss, and we threw for like 90 yards vs Jacksonville State. Is that really the barometer for a new coach?

Because Les Miles won against Florida at home?

Miles' four losses were to a better Ole Miss team (road), Auburn (road), a better Arkansas team and Alabama.

4-5 technically and then you can go back and add 7 wins so 11-5 last year and this year!

Lots of posters have been saying we fired Les Miles only to hire a lesser coach.

So, yea, this does need to be stated that, at least as of now, Coach O does appear to be a better HC than Les Miles was during his last 2 or 3 seasons at LSU.

Do you think that Les would have had a worse record against the teams O coached against than O did? I dont.

I definitely do. I think it's a guarantee that lsu would have lost to either arkansas, ole miss, or texas am if miles was still the coach at lsu.

based on what? the last 3-4 seasons we start out strong and end with a whimper...what makes you believe this years team wins against Arkansas, A&M, and Ole Miss? We have one of the worst November records in the conference over the last 3 years
