Save you the trouble:
1. Kentucky
2. Houston
3. Oklahoma State
4. Mississippi State
5. Purdue

I think he's a serious contender for Notre Dame and USCw if they open.

What say you?

ETA:

NC State
Penn State
Baylor

Corso replacement on GameDay!

i don't see UK, OK Lite, or MSU being open.

i think he'll be the hc at purdue. the penn state fans seem to have a hard on for him, but i don't seee franklin getting canned.

Would be an upgrade over Brian Kelly for sure. Les is top ten coach that needed a fresh start.

National championship, played for another , two SEC title's, top 10 win percentage among active coaches. Name ten better

eta: I don't disagree that he should've been fired I think both parties needed a change that still doesn't mean he's not a great coach

Notre Dame needs a great recruiter. They need a proven winner. They need a guy with a stellar reputation.

USCw needs a solid experienced HC. I don't think they can take another risk with another up and comer, so they either have to hire away a homerun hire which, even for USCw is not easy, or go to a guy that's available. I'll admit USCw is a bit of a reach, but I don't think this is completely fantasy land.

I think Kentucky and Baylor are two decent guesses. He is better off doing tv. He looked worn out the past year.

Baylor has been seduced by offense, they aren't hiring Les. I could see Purdue and Kentucky pursuing if they open up, not sure he'd be interested.

He has 3 months off. Miles even said he wants to coach again. I think he'll be on the sidelines next year, but who knows with the mad hatter.

You are correct. People here are going to be surprised when Les gets a great job somewhere. Age would be the only concern but he has a good 5 years in him.

I know one thing. If any of those schools offer him a job he will run straight to it. He definitely won't pass on it.

Les doesnt pass....everyone knows this.

Purdue seems like a reasonable candidate
Houston likes up and comer types
Okie state? No way
Kentucky? Don't see it, can't win there
Moo State? Doubtful
