Genuinely doubt Lane knew any of the DBs names. Pete's (and Billy's, admittedly) DBs turned out okay though.

He had a few hits in Delane, Halsey, Cooley and Gooden, but a lot of average and overpaid at DE and misses almost across the board on offense. Anderson was hugely overpaid and had no impact. Brown was hot and cold. Sharp was mediocre at best. Thompson was a huge disappointment for high pay.

You guys love discrediting everything your best coach in generations did. It's hilarious at how much LSU and Lane live in your heads rent free. Keep enjoying LSU's has beens while we continue to poach all the FO, coaches, and players that go you one of your best seasons in history. Maybe you should look to see why LSU was in the position they were in. Any blind man could see it. Kiffin is blowing it all up as he should.
