I think he'd recruit like a madman and have lots of talent. I had to look it it up and Donna Shalala is leaving or already gone so maybe it's possible.

I could almost see that happening. Would kind of make sense. Miami is not a good job right now, but he needs just a little bit of success to get another bigger/better HC job. His wife is from Florida.
