He could have offers on homes in both BR and Gainesville right now. Put up earnest money on both and start the process. Back out of the one he doesn't want after he makes a decision.

I’ve been monitoring the Louisiana SOS website. No LLC has popped up with LK or members of his family, but he did purchase his Oxford home in his name.
