Go cover up more child molestation, Paterno.

I am not defending Penn St., Joe Paterno, or anyone/thing else associated to Sanduski or the victims of that ghastly, heinous tragedy; however I don't see an attempt to equate, mitigate, and/or compare the potential hiring of Harbaugh with their scandal.

What I generally see happening is others, outside of Penn St., being quick to invoke the scandal any time someone associated with Penn St. discusses controversial events and issues related to another university.

The basic premise of others' responses to Penn St. is that Penn St. is not allowed to talk about any other institution because of Sanduski. So again while I am not defending Penn St., I do not think claiming that that tweet was an attempt to make that comparison is fair or accurate.

I will say that, given the attention on Michigan during this hire, it has become apparent that the Michigan program and its fans are kind of strange.

What does this even mean?

I'm holding out until Bear Bryant's son offers his perspective on the Michigan job.

I think Paterno was clearly deflecting negative attention his family and school received in light of the Sandusky situation. He's essentially saying "yall call us brainwashed but look at Michigan about to spend millions on a coach."

He's going after Michigan fans (who have no say so in the hire) because of the way some responded after the Sandusky crap calling some at Penn State cultists. He's an idiot.

Yeah some PSU supporters are cultists much like some Michigan fans, LSU fans etc. but Paterno's son is still pissed off about his dad's tainted legacy and is misdirecting his anger. Dad shouldn't have shielded a pedophile.

Harbaugh did say Michigan steers its athletes to easy majors. Of course most schools do something similar. Not many schools have an assistant coach molest little boys

When I think of Cultish Football teams its Penn State and Bama
.

I would add Ohio State to that list and remember it started under "Woody"

Which is the equivalent of a convicted murderer calling out someone who received a speeding ticket.
All Penn Staters need to STFU for the next 20 years or so and mind their own business, especially anyone with the last name of Paterno and Sandusky

So wait, Michigan is hiring a guy who called its academics a joke for $8m+ a year and WE had the football crazy culture problem?

Even the worst academic cheating among athletes =/= molesting young innocent children.

I think Penn St. should get a gag order on the Paterno family associating themselves with Penn St.. It wouldnt be necessary if not for comments like this that keeps putting Penn St. as it is now in league with everyone thats now gone.

OSU fired Woody immediately after he threw that punch.
And they fired Tressel for protecting his players because they sold their own property.
Ped state is still covering up that monster to protect Paterno.
