Jim Mora to UCONN

JL is a good coach ( personal friend) so I am biased but he could surprise a lot of people up there. UConn became a dumpster blaze/ inferno despite the fact that about 20 years ago they had gotten a big commitment from key alumni in terms of funding. It was going good until Randy Edsall bolted for Maryland and the program never recovered.

Damn I was hoping it was Jim Sr…..don’t talk about playoffs, you kidding me, playoffs?!!!?

That seems like a really odd fit

I had to Google to see if Sr. was even still alive

Mora finally gets to coach the Huskies, albeit not the variety he probably had in mind.

That would really suck for Mora if they do.

One of their biggest donors paid to update a lot of their facilities a few years ago so I doubt they are dropping football any time soon unless they want him to stop donating forever.

They've actually put together some nice future schedules TBH.
