I’m curious why some people would think this is a backwards step…..I would suspect he’s dealing with more egos than he ever expected. Plus I think $10-12M would get him interested.

We are going to trade a guy who sucks for a guy who has a slightly better winning percentage just because we think he will bring Brady with him? What happens if Brady becomes OT at another pro team?

This guy turned Temple and Baylor from total losers to winners in 3 seasons. Do your homework people!!!! There is a reason why NFL teams were fighting over him.

He’s making 9 million per year now. Panthers owner pissed off a lot of the other NFL owners by giving him a big contract because it raised the bar.

True, but Rhule could announce he is taking the LSu job after the season and then Carolina dismisses him. Just saying he doesn't have to pull a Petrino. I doubt Matt Rhule is coming. He would be my first choice and it would not be a homerun. It would be more like a grandslam.
