If, for some reason, ole miss doesnt step up, they will have done their due diligence and can make quick decision if needed

I guess we will see if Sexton plays LSU and Verge, who he’s supposedly fairly close to over the years.
Leading on LSU for your client to then stick with the annual rival while never truly considering LSU —seems like a risky move for Sexton I would say.
He’s admitted himself that LSU is a top 3 job so you wouldn’t think that’s a bridge he’d want to burn. Multiple schools already refuse to work with him.

true, at this point i think all three schools will match financially. it's about where he wants to be and where he thinks he can win.
florida is a really good job, OM he already has a nice setup. LSU proven giant if you can get everyoen pulling in the same direction. should be interesting.

If they visited Florida that was a masterful job hiding it. Which means 2 things.
1.) You better worry they were somehow able to keep that super quiet meaning this is a media stunt at LSU to get more money out of Ole Miss/Florida
2.) They got played because how could that not be made public with their faces in 2025 with modern technology?

I'm not really sure about that. Nobody was reporting on it until eagle eyed LSU fans spotted it. Wasn't media leaking this so that says a lot. They caught on when LSU fans did.

Would make sense because they reportedly did it over the weekend which means it's less likely anyone is taking pictures of their recognizable faces since no school on those days.
