With that being the case, if it doesn't come out that he's signed and extension or specifically says he's staying put by Monday night, I think he's ours.

That would seem to be the case. I still don't trust anything until there's there's announcement from LSU.

I agree. I think hes ours regardless if he wins or loses but the fact that no extension is even talked about being in the works for him, combined with his 'im the coach at OU' non-denial denial has me feeling pretty good

No the point is that if they lose he can announce now. If they win they are still in contension for a possible playoff spot there cant announce.

Why hasn't he come out and said he's absolutely 100% committed to OU and dispelled the chatter? Why hasn't an extension or restructured contract been announced?
He could settle all this right now and he hasn't, if I were a boomer I'd be at the least a little pissed/confused.
