A college coach would have to be a dumbass to pass up the opportunity to interview for head coach of an NFL team. Does Boston College really think they'll ever be able to land another decent coach if they pull shite like this?

Wasn't the BC coach at LSU in the mid 90's?

Jag is a poor man's Charlie Weiss. A supreme pr*ck minus the SB ring.

I suspect that fact is part of BC's contention with him. It is one thing to put up with a winning coach's BS and attitude. It is another to do it while he's out interviewing for other jobs.

That said, he is a good coach.

it took decades for there to be one black head coach in the SEC and the fact that Gill is not only black but married to a white woman did play a factor no matter what they say in Auburn.

So, you think it was a token interview?

I don't see what being married to a white woman has to do with anything.

As you shouldn't, but then again, you're not an Auburn fan.

That's fine if BC wants to be that dumb.

Hell, if he decides to not take a job in the NFL he can come on down and work with the Tigers again for while he looks for bigger digs.
